Hsiao-Chu (Julia) Hsia: Centrifugal Revolving

On Friday, July 2, 2021, El Museo will be hosting visiting artist Hsiao-Chu (Julia) Hsia for a special performance entitled Centrifugal Revolving.

From the artist:

Centrifugal Revolving is an interactive performance expressing how people continuously influence each other, between relatives, friends, and communities. By using body movements and interactions, I want to visualize and highlight the relationships among people across the distance. Even though physical contact was not allowed and reduced due to the pandemic, we are still tied together in different ways, virtually and mentally.”
